ArbTicket

For organisations

One system for crews and training providers.

An organisation in ArbTicket is a shared workspace: buy seats for your team, invite people by email, and track NPTC readiness in one place. Training providers use the same system with class codes so learners can self-enrol into a cohort.

What is an organisation?

Think of it as a container for your people, their seats, and their progress. Owners manage billing and invites. Members get a full Pro account paid for by the org. Everyone's ticket progress rolls up into one dashboard the owner can act on.

Employer orgs

Tree-surgery firms, contractors and councils. Buy seats for your climbers and groundies so they can revise on the job. You see which tickets they hold, what they're working toward, and when a 5-year refresher is due.

Provider orgs

NPTC training centres and independent instructors. Create a cohort, share a class code, and see who's actually deck-ready before assessment day — instead of finding out at the practical.

How it works

Same three steps whether you're an employer or a provider — the difference is how people join.

  1. 1

    Create the organisation

Sign up, pick a name, choose Employer or Provider. Employers set an initial seat count; providers start free.

  2. 2

    Add your people

Employers invite crew by email — an invite lands in their inbox and binds to their account on sign-up. Providers share a short class code (e.g. ARB-4F2K) or a /join link that drops learners straight into the cohort.

  3. 3

    Track readiness

Your dashboard shows tickets held, tickets in progress, mock scores and weak areas per person — plus a roll-up view for the whole team or cohort.

For employers

Buy Pro seats for your crew and see who's deck-ready in one place. £8/seat/month or £80/seat/year — minimum 5 seats, add or revoke anytime, one invoice.

Per-seat team accounts

Invite by email, revoke in a click. Each seat is a full Pro account with the whole content library.

Ticket-status overview

Who holds what, who's targeting what, where readiness is thin — so you know who to send on the next course.

Renewal reminders

Heads-up before the 5-year refresher mark, not after. No more scrambling the week of a job.

Owner and admin roles

Owners manage billing and seats. Admins can invite and view reports without touching the card on file.

One VAT invoice

One card, one monthly or annual invoice, receipts in the billing portal. No chasing individual crew members.

Flex mid-cycle

Add seats for a new starter or drop them when someone leaves — Stripe pro-rates the difference automatically.

For training providers

Create a provider account, hand out a class code, and see who's deck-ready before assessment day. Cohort tracking is free — learners pay for their own Pro access, or you can sponsor a cohort with paid seats.

Learner progress

See which learners are deck-ready and where they're stuck — chainsaw maintenance, LOLER, aerial rescue, whatever.

Class codes

Short codes like ARB-4F2K learners enter on sign-up. Or share a /join link — one click and they're in the cohort.

NPTC-aligned content

Flashcards and mocks mapped to assessment criteria, not generic quiz-app fluff.

Cohort analytics

Weak-area breakdown so you know what to hammer on day one of the practical week.

Reach out to learners

Export a cohort list or nudge individual learners who haven't logged in before the course starts.

Sponsor a cohort (optional)

Bundle Pro access into your course fee — buy seats, assign them to the cohort, and the whole class gets Pro for the duration.

How pricing works

Monthly

£8 / seat / month

Flex month to month. Add seats for new starters, drop them when someone leaves. Minimum 5 seats.

Annual — 2 months free

£80 / seat / year

Same seats, ~17% cheaper. Best for stable crews and sponsored cohorts. Minimum 5 seats.

  • • Provider cohort tracking is free — you only pay if you sponsor Pro seats for your learners.
  • • Seat changes mid-cycle are pro-rated by Stripe. No surprise bills.
  • • One VAT invoice per org, downloadable from the billing portal.
  • • Cancel anytime — seats stay active until the end of the period.

FAQ

What happens to seats if someone leaves?

Revoke the seat from the dashboard. It frees up immediately and you can assign it to a new starter — no need to buy a replacement seat unless you're at your cap.

Can one person be in more than one organisation?

Yes. A user can hold a seat in an employer org and belong to a provider cohort at the same time. Pro access is granted while any active seat or cohort applies.

Do learners keep their progress after a cohort ends?

Yes. Their account and learning history stay with them. If the org sponsored their Pro access, they drop back to the free tier when the cohort ends — but they can subscribe individually to keep Pro.

How do class codes work?

When you create a cohort we generate a short code (e.g. ARB-4F2K) and a shareable /join link. Learners enter the code at sign-up or hit the link to land in your cohort instantly.

Is there a free trial?

Provider cohort tracking is free forever. For employer seats, get in touch and we'll sort a short pilot for your crew.

Ready to set up your organisation?

Create it in under a minute. Invite your crew or share a class code straight after.
